• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Maintenance and hosting fees billed monthly/annually as per agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive:

• Full ownership of the final website/application design
• License to use all implemented features
• Nexstack retains rights to underlying frameworks and tools
• Portfolio rights to showcase the project

5. Client Responsibilities

• Providing necessary content and materials in a timely manner
• Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensuring provided content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Maintaining confidentiality of project details

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017:

• Secure handling of client data
• No unauthorized sharing of information
• Implementation of security measures
• Regular security audits and updates

7. Limitation of Liability

Nexstack Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Server downtime beyond our control
• Force majeure events
• Client-provided content issues
• Third-party service interruptions
